AMONG OUR WIDE RANGE OF WORK, WE NOW REMODEL AND SELL EMPTY HOMES! With the demand of new housing declining, we are taking this opportunity to expand our business and do more remodeling projects. We felt it would be best to give back to the community. One way to give back to the neighborhoods, is to invest our time and money in remodeling empty homes. We are excited about this venture of taking an empty old house, remodeling it, and giving it some new features. Unlike some other investors, we don't want to take advantage of other peoples' hardships by adding empty houses to our inventory. We don't want to let houses sit empty while we wait for the opportunity to make large profits off future real estate deals. We want to make a difference now and make these empty homes affordable for someone today.

New legislation bills affecting residential builders, maintenance, and alteration contractors were signed by the Governor on December 20, 2007, which was effective June 1, 2008. Scholl Builders, Inc. guarantees the job! We warranty all of our work
and put it in writing for each Job Proposal Contract Agreement. REFERENCES - Mike Scholl Builders Inc. References Mike Scholl Builders, Inc. receives most of our business from client referrals. We would like to continue our track record with 90% of referrals coming from satisfied customers. To help evaluate our current service levels and the areas in which we can improve upon, we mail all our clients surveys after the job is completed. We also have a referral program where we will send a thank you letter and gift to anyone who refers our company. You can visit our reference page to see the actual surveys sent back from our clients. OUR FEES Free Estimates: We give free estimates with no charge to the clients. Mike Scholl Builders, Inc. will give one free estimate per project. Any changes to be made after the initial free estimate that results in a new estimate, will result in an estimation charge for additional written estimates. Insurance estimates: Any written estimates for insurance work will have a fee of: Two Hundred dollars ($200.00). Drawings and Blueprints: Any blueprints created by Mike Scholl Builders, Inc. to complete a job proposal can be purchased from Mike Scholl Builders, Inc. for a fee of: One dollar ($1.00) a square foot for the living area. Any drawings created by Mike Scholl Builders, Inc. to complete a job proposal can be purchased from Mike Scholl Builders, Inc. for a fee of: Four Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($400.00).
