	CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
	Our customers' satisfaction is important to us. Mike Scholl Builders, Inc. receives most of our business from client referrals. We would like to continue our track record with 90% of referrals coming from satisfied customers. To help evaluate our current service levels and the areas in which we can improve upon, we mail all our clients surveys after the job is completed. We also have a referral program where we will send a thank you letter and gift to anyone who refers our company. You can click on the links below to see the actual returned surveys.
