With the demand of new housing declining in Michigan, we are taking this opportunity to expand our business and do more remodeling projects ourselves. We felt it would be best to give back to the community. One way we decided to give back to the neighborhoods, is to invest our time and money in remodeling empty homes. We are excited to start a new venture of our own by taking an empty old house, remodeling it, giving it some new features and making it an affordable home for someone.
